Vacation
Paid vacations for eligible employees:
-One (1) week after one (1) year

Bergstrom Electric, Inc. attempts to provide a minimum of forty (40) hours per week.
Every attempt is made to provide year-round employment.
If you are hurt on the job or unable to perform your normal work duties-help is provided for
cross-training in other electrical career fields and the "Return to Work Program" with Workmen's Compensation is supported.
Bergstrom Electric, Inc. attempts to provide employment at a location close to your home.
At times travel might be required, but some type of compensation is provided if this happens.
When you retire from Bergstrom Electric, Inc. you will have a retirement fund owned by YOU.
If you die, your retirement fund goes to your family NOT back into a pension fund.
